My new podcast is almost here y'all. I'm excited to share my mental health and healing from narcissistic abuse journey with all of you! We will be talking to doctors, therapists, Coaches, and mental health advocates worldwide to discuss different treatment options and self-help techniques. I will be bringing you into my home every week to talk about the treatments I'm on a healing journey. What works for me might not work for you but this is a place where you can find many options all in one place. If you want to become a part of a nonjudgmental community that's focused on healing mental, physically and spiritually this is the place for you! Through my healing, I hope to help you find healing!
